The St. Anthony's Apartments Complex is an existing site that was recently purchased by an out-of-state buyer. Place Integrated was contacted last-minute before closing when the City requested a landscape permit. Without the permit, closing could not complete. Place

​Integrated was able to jump in and conduct an inventory of existing plant materials and provide the necessary improvements and documentation to prove that the site would meet all requirements for permitting, preventing any delays in the long-awaited closing date.
